By accessing or using the Vorenth ERP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Vorenth is a continuous, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) engine designed for educational institutions. It provides dashboards and tools for administrators, teachers, parents, and students to manage institutional infrastructure.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Vorenth platform to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its related systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on the Vorenth platform are the exclusive property of Vorenth Systems and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended institutional purposes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vorenth Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
